This is a course that includes only food.We have our specialty "Seared Bonito over Straw" and also seared sawara grilled over straw! For the main course, we have grilled cherry blossom snapper wrapped in pie crust with cherry blossom leaves♪ We finish off with a Japanese-style risotto made with broad beans and butterbur! It's a course that makes generous use of spring ingredients☆
